Opis zadania i wymagań

We are on the Search for a ServiceNow Expert (m/f/d) for PM&I.

As an ServiceNow Expert, you will be responsible for the support of the ongoing ServiceNow Implementation for PM&I.

Start: asap/ 1st of May

Location: remote

Language: english

Responsibilities/ Tasks:

• Testing activities in the ServiceNow system
• Documentation of the technical implementation within the assigned project
• Training of Superusers and Documentation of How to’s
• Consult and support in the Solution Design and implementation of ServiceNow
• Oversee and coordinate developers and architects work
• Cooperation with the external SN Service Provider and the internal Team
• Support of continuous improvement measures
• Setup Performance & Analytics module for PM&I
• Improve Ticket entry gate in close cooperation with the stakeholders

Requirements/ Profile:

• 5 years Experience with ServiceNow Project Management, Agile Development, Performance & Analytics modules
• Good Team Player
• Design, Solution and Delivery focus
• Ability to work within multi-national organization and operations
